Transparency

Ensuring residents understand how decisions are made, how tax dollars are spent, and how the Township serves its community—so you can stay informed and hold your leaders accountable.

Financial Responsibility

Managing taxpayer dollars carefully, honestly, and sustainably so the Township can provide essential services today while protecting the financial future of our community.

Listening

Taking the time to hear and understand the concerns, ideas, and feedback of residents when making decisions that affect our community.

Cooperation

Bringing together residents, groups, and all Wards of Lanark Highlands to work collaboratively toward shared goals that benefit the entire Township.

My Vision

Protecting what makes our community special while planning responsibly for the future.

Realistic Economic Plan

Lanark Highlands is home to hardworking entrepreneurs, small businesses, and natural beauty that attracts visitors and new residents alike. Frank believes in supporting a realistic economic plan that benefits the entire Township.

By encouraging local entrepreneurship, supporting small businesses, and promoting responsible tourism that celebrates “The Beauty We Call Home,” the Township can strengthen its economy while preserving the character and environment that residents value.

A strong local economy helps create opportunity, maintain essential services, and support long-term community sustainability.

An Age-Friendly Community

Nearly half of Lanark Highlands’ population is made up of seniors, and our community should reflect and support their needs.

Frank believes Lanark Highlands should continue working toward becoming a recognized "Age-Friendly Community", where infrastructure, policies, and services are designed to support residents as they age.

This includes ensuring public spaces are accessible, improving transportation and services where possible, and supporting programs that help older adults age in place, remain active, safe, and connected within the community they call home.

Planning with seniors in mind benefits everyone and helps ensure residents can continue living comfortably in Lanark Highlands for years to come.

Municipal infrastructure projects can place significant financial pressure on small communities like Lanark Highlands.

Frank believes the Township should actively seek partnerships with neighbouring municipalities, provincial programs, and regional organizations to help share infrastructure costs and improve services.

Working collaboratively can help ensure important investments are made while reducing the financial burden that sometimes falls solely on Lanark Highlands taxpayers.

Partnerships can help communities achieve more together than they can alone.
